Sweetwater Group originally started in 2003 as a real estate investment entity for the purpose of holding various income producing commercial real estate assets.

It acts as the catalyst for all future development sites in the form of raw land held by the various entities for future development, whether for multi-family apartments, for-sale housing, hotels, or commercial and medical office space.

Sweetwater Group includes a property management arm, Sweetwater Management Group, LLC (SMG) located in Northeast Wyoming which serves the housing needs of various private commercial real estate investors and several Powder River Basin energy companies.
